Job Description
1. Lead a team of Quantity Surveyors across South London and Sevenoaks-based projects.
2. Manage commercial performance of assigned social housing workstreams, including component, project, and regeneration schemes.
3. Oversee cash flow, valuations, and subcontractor payments ensuring compliance with contractor and client processes.
4. Drive procurement and pricing activities for works, directly or via the QS team.
5. Ensure smooth delivery of projects within a framework or long-term partnership environment in the South London / Sevenoaks area.
Skills / Qualifications
6. Proven contractor-side experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, ideally within Tier 1 or main contractors.
7. Strong knowledge of subcontractor procurement, cash flow, valuations, and supply chain management.
8. Demonstrable line management experience, leading QS teams in South London / Sevenoaks.
9. Experience in social housing, regeneration, or planned maintenance projects.
10. Comfortable working hands-on within framework or long-term partnership projects, managing multiple work streams.
This Senior Quantity Surveyor role in Sevenoaks / South London offers a competitive salary up to £70,000 plus £5,000 car allowance, with flexible hybrid working.
