Bouygues UK has an exciting opportunity available for a Construction Project Manager to work on one of our upcoming long-term projects in Exeter.
Job Purpose and Scope:
Project Manager for the start of the Project.
In charge of Site set up, Demolition works, Piling, Ground works, and External works.
Accountabilities and key tasks:
Manage and control your scope through the complete cycle of activities from the Point of Transfer to Practical Completion in compliance with the Company Construction Management System.
The scope to be managed is the production works related to:
Site set up (hoarding, site installation, biosite, …)
Demolition works
Piling works and ground retention works (secant piles, king post piles, precast structures and gabions)
Ground works (piling mat, underground drainage works and temporary road, cut and fill, structure slabs for all blocks)
External works (completion of the finishes)
About You:
Structures knowledge
Ability and experience in delivering large scope and managing large teams
Local or willing to relocate to Exeter
