Clinical Deputy Manager Duties:
* Oversee clinical care to ensure compliance with NMC and CQC guidelines
* Lead and manage the care and nursing staff, fostering a supportive leadership environment
* Collaborate with the Nursing Home Manager to ensure the home runs efficiently in all areas
Clinical Deputy Manager Requirements:
* Proven management experience in a nursing home setting
* Active NMC Pin
