Position Role : Principle Military Advisor to the BI UK programme, providing course delivery, planning and subject matter support. Responsibilities : 1. Lead SO1 in planning and delivery of BI courses to domestic and international audiences. 2. Act as Military Advisor to BI UK Programme, assist in the development of BI policy and doctrine including liaison with relevant agencies. 3. Liaise with Def Ac staff to ensure training course compliance with JSP822 and NATO standards. 4. Research, coordinate, deliver and report DE activity, providing insight to further BI efforts with partners and allies. 5. Forge a framework of cooperative international working relationships with BI partners including NATO BI and Centre for Integrity in the Defence Sector, supporting initiatives where possible. 6. Build domestic working relationship networks across Def Ac and wider (other mil orgs, academia, OGDs and NGOs). 7. Responsible for continuous improvement of BI UK course materials ensuring relevance and accuracy. 8. BPT engage in change project activity and deputise for CoC as required.
