Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location: City of London
Role: Full-time permanent role
Working Arrangement: Hybrid Working (3 days in office)
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

Our client is a leading international law firm recognized for handling complex, high-profile cases and transactions across corporate finance, restructuring, litigation, and project finance. The firm operates globally through multiple offices and serves clients in diverse sectors including energy, infrastructure, technology, and financial services.
The role
In your new role as an HR Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for administrative HR matters. Your key responsibilities will include:
Running the onboarding process, including adding new joiners to Workday and conducting right to work checks.Arranging inductions for new joiners.Acting as point of contact for HR queries e. holiday queries.Providing assistance with the appraisal processes.Assisting with annual salary and bonus review processes
What do you need?
In order to be successful in this role you will need:
Previous experience in an HR role at a law firm.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills.Ability to juggle multiple priorities.Strong IT skills. Workday experience is desirable.
