Account Executive - Operations, Bracknell
This role is with a company specializing in the Beauty Retail Sector, with extensive expertise in sales and marketing, and an international retail client portfolio across Europe.
The company manages over 4,000 SKUs across 100+ retailers, reaching 5 million consumers annually, and works with major brands including Unilever, PZ Cussons, Revolution Beauty, KISS, DashingDiva, and Mustela.
The Account Executive will work directly with UK and European retailers to manage order fulfilment, maintain account relationships, and support business goals. The role combines account management, operational coordination, and customer success, serving as a key link between retail customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage UK retail accounts, ensuring customer success through proactive relationship management.
* Oversee order processes using ERP systems, from entry to delivery, coordinating with European 3PL partners.
* Handle invoicing, shipment documentation, and coordinate with sales, merchandising, and trade marketing teams.
* Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to identify growth opportunities and improve service.
* Contribute insights for business development by analyzing customer feedback and cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements:
* Experience in customer service, account management, or logistics within retail or consumer goods sectors.
* Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines independently.
* Familiarity with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Ability to understand and improve operational workflows.
* Additional languages are a plus but not essential.
