What You Will Be Doing:• Plan, deliver and assess high quality teaching and learning across Business studies• Provide effective academic and pastoral support to learners, supporting them throughout their educational journey. • Ensure all learners make exceptional progress from their individual starting points through the use of effective assessment and targeted intervention. • Develop learners’ wider knowledge, skills and behaviours to support their progression to higher education or employment. • Enrich learners’ cultural capital by contributing to a broad range of extra curricular activities, including educational visits, guest speakers and other enrichment opportunities. What We Are Looking For:• A passionate, knowledgeable and committed Business specialist with the ability to deliver outstanding teaching, learning and support. • Experience of delivering L2 and or L3 Business programmes.
