£90,000 basic salary plus bonus & excellent benefits

We are seeking an experienced and commercially astuteSenior HR Business Partnerto join our clients HR Leadership Team within a dynamic and fast-paced technology environment.
This is a strategic role, partnering with senior leaders across a key client group, driving workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives that enable business growth and transformation.
The Role
As a trusted advisor and strategic partner, you will:
* Partner with senior stakeholders to align people strategy with business objectives and deliver key People change related frameworks and projects
* Lead workforce planning to ensure capability, capacity, and future skills readiness
* Drive talent development initiatives including succession planning and leadership capability
* Champion employee engagement, culture, and organisational effectiveness
* Design and deliver change and transformation programmes
* Use data, insights, and analytics to inform strategic workforce decisions
* Challenge and influence leaders to drive high performance and accountability
* Contribute actively as a member of the HR Leadership Team
About You
You are a credible and resilient HR leader with:
* Proven experience operating at senior HR Business Partner level, ideally within the technology sector
* Strong strategic planning capability with a commercial mindset
* Demonstrated experience in organisational design and leading change initiatives
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into action
* A collaborative leadership style with the confidence to challenge constructively
