Cleaning & Carpet Clean FX is seeking an experienced Property Inventory Clerk on a self-employed basis TO START IMMEDIATELY. This flexible role allows you to manage your schedule while contributing to our reputation for high-quality reports across London & surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct property inspections and create detailed inventory reports.
* Document property conditions, including fixtures and cleanliness.
* Coordinate with property owners, agents, and tenants.
* Experience in using Inventory Base is preferred
* Ensure all reports meet our high standards.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of property inventory management experience.
* Proven ability to produce accurate, highly detailed reports.
* Strong attention to detail and deadline management.
* Have a smartphone or tablet for photos.
* Having own car and have a valid driving license is a bonus (But not essential)
