Elevation is supporting a national charity based in Pontefract to help mentor and support their team of Social Workers and Assistants.
We’re looking for a compassionate and experienced Advanced Social Worker - Manager, to lead our clients welfare services.
Based in Pontefract, you’ll guide a small, dedicated team providing practical advice, emotional support, and life-enhancing interventions.

What You’ll Do
* Lead and support a team delivering person-centred social work services
* Oversee casework, ensuring clients receive high-quality, tailored support
* Act as the regional safeguarding lead
* Build partnerships with local organisations to strengthen community support
What You’ll Bring
* Qualified and registered Social Worker (degree or equivalent)
* Experience managing or mentoring within a social care setting
* Knowledge of welfare benefits, safeguarding, and older people/disability services
* Excellent communication, empathy, and leadership skills
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel

Salary: £40,787 per annum
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday–Friday
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
