We’re recruiting for a Senior Finance Analyst to join us. We’re offering acompetitive base salary. We’re looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to join our Group Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting and driving process improvements that enhance transparency and performance. 1. Supporting month-end expense ledger and cost allocations for divisional reporting and regulatory returns
2. Coordinating expense planning and forecasting processes and managing authorisation for allocation updates
3. Managing general ledger periods, chart of accounts, and ensuring timely month-end close
4. Performing reconciliations, journal calculations, and issuing expense reports while identifying opportunities for automation
5. Delivering accurate reporting and analysis, including intercompany balance settlements and reconciliation reviews
6. Maintaining strong financial controls by reviewing processes, updating risk documentation, and supporting audits
7. Building relationships with stakeholders to provide financial insight and influence decision-making
8. Contributing to projects and ad-hoc analysis to support divisional success and continuous improvement
QualificationsWho we’re looking for:
9. ACCA or CIMA qualification, or equivalent experience in an analytical finance role
10. Strong understanding of accounting principles and experience with reconciliations and ledger postings
11. Advanced skills in spreadsheets, PowerBI, and financial modelling
12. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
13. Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
14. Strong communication and influencing skills to engage with stakeholders across the business
15. Proactive approach to identifying process improvements and driving change
16. Collaborative mindset with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships
