The role involves responsibility for a class group and the ability to plan and deliver an appropriate and relevant post-14 curriculum. You will lead teams and deploy teaching assistants to support pupils' learning, therapy, and care needs. The ideal candidate should be capable of fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment tailored to students' diverse needs.
The appropriate qualifications are required; however, relevant experience in a similar role is also desirable. The right candidate will possess a desire to assist in the learning and educational development of children. An understanding of and commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of children is vital.
