HAIL Partners is working with a boutique Private Equity firm, located in the West End of London seeking an Executive Assistant to join their high-performing team. This position will primarily support a senior Partner and their small team. Key Responsibilities Proactive and complex diary management for a senior Partner and their team of 2. Ensuring smooth scheduling in a fast-paced environment. Building relationships with the teams portfolio companies. Domestic and international travel coordination. Preparing for meetings, including conducting research, assembling presentation packs, and proofreading documents. Updating contacts database / CRM. Managing team expenses. Qualifications Graduate level or equivalent. Experience working within a Private Equity (or equiv) environment for a minimum of five years. Proven ability to work independently, effectively managing dynamic and complex diaries, with strategic planning and prioritisation skills. Proactive, self-starter with a team player attitude. Exceptional organisational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining strong follow-up. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. This position offers hybrid working (1 day WFH).
