Contract: Part-Time (2–3 Days per Week / Flexible)
Location: Hybrid (Remote + Visits to the Care Home) UK based only, 2.5hours drive max from Barrow Hill

The Opportunity
We are looking for a Clinical Oversight Lead who is ready for something different.
This is a deliberately dual-aspect role that combines senior clinical governance with hands-on involvement in the development of a next-generation health-technology platform.
You will provide high-level regulatory and clinical oversight for our care home, ensuring we not only meet but exceed CQC standards across all aspects of the service. Alongside this, you will act as the Clinical Domain Expert for our sister company, Sonarcare a groundbreaking AI product designed to reduce administrative burden, improve clinical quality, and transform how care services evidence good practice.
Sonarcare will be implemented within our home initially, giving you the rare opportunity to shape, test, and refine an AI platform in a real-world care environment, before it is rolled out to other providers.
