The University of Western Australia is seeking an Injury Prevention and Wellbeing Adviser to help shape a safe and healthy campus culture through strategic wellbeing initiatives.
* Support the development and implementation of health and wellbeing initiatives across the University.
* Use expertise and judgement to analyse and identify physical and psychological health priorities.
* Provide injury prevention and management services, ergonomic and manual handling consultancies, and case management for injured employees.
The successful applicant will have:
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant allied health field or equivalent experience.
* Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing wellbeing programs within large organisations.
* Relevant experience in workers’ compensation claims management and injury management.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
