Service Admin Team Leader – Chesterfield, Derbyshire Permanent Opportunity | £30,000 - £35,000 DOE | Monday to Friday We are currently recruiting for a Service Team Leader, to join the team at our client, based in Chesterfield. They are an established and forward-thinking organisation with a busy and fast-paced Service Department, offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional looking to lead from the front and make a real impact. Salary & Package: - £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (DOE) - Permanent role – direct employment from day one - Free onsite parking - Pension scheme - Positive and collaborative team environment The Role – Service Admin Team Leader As a Service Team Leader, you will manage a dedicated Service Admin team and play a key role in the delivery of exceptional customer service, process efficiency, and departmental performance. Key responsibilities include: - Leading and developing the Service Admin & Coordination team - Overseeing scheduling, job planning, customer liaison and back-office functions - Delivering structured 1-2-1s and training for team development - Managing work order and quote processes from start to finish - Generating reports on department financials, KPIs and performance metrics - Supporting the Service Manager with planning and engineering team coordination The Candidate We’re looking for a hands-on leader with a customer-first approach and a sharp eye for operational detail. Must have: - Experience leading a service/admin team in a technical environment - Excellent planning, organisation and people management skills - Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems Desirable: - Knowledge of scheduling, contract service and calibration processes - Experience managing KPIs and service reporting metrics Ready to lead and deliver excellence?
