Complaints Handler Location- Kingston Salary Up to £34k We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Complaints Handler to support our construction team. Responsibilities Receive, log, and manage customer complaints in a timely manner Resolves stage 1 and stage 2 complaints Provide clear, professional, and timely responses to customers Monitor complaints through to resolution, ensuring deadlines are met Keep accurate records of all communication and actions taken Ensure all complaints are handled in line with company procedures and industry standards Identify recurring issues and escalate where necessary Apply correct SOR codes to works completed and ensure accuracy Liaise with contractors to resolve invoice queries and discrepancies Monitor and track invoice approvals and payment progress Maintain accurate records on repairs and finance systems Support the wider repairs and maintenance team with administrative tasks Ensure compliance with internal procedures and audit requirements About You Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role Previous experience in construction, housing, or property services (desirable) If you are interested in this job with Taylor Johnston, please apply or call 07939438444 for more information.
