Were currently looking for versatile Day:to:Day Key Stage 2 (KS2) Teaching Assistants to cover primary schools throughout Rochdale. This supply position gives you the autonomy to choose your own working pattern week by week while experiencing a wide variety of excellent school environments.
You will be responsible for supporting junior classes on short:notice or pre:planned cover days, keeping the classroom dynamic focused, positive, and productive.
This is a flexible supply position requiring availability for 3 to 5 days per week. Working hours are from 8:30 AM : 3:30 PM.

Responsibilities:

Stepping into Years 3:6 to seamlessly deliver pre:set activities and lead group work.
*
Helping teachers keep precise records of daily progress and student behavior.
*
Supporting teachers in managing class behavior effectively using established school policies.
Requirements:
*
Mandatory: Minimum 3:6 months of recent classroom:based or childcare experience.
*
Availability: Must be available to work between 3 to 5 days per week.
*
An enhanced DBS on the update service.
*
Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available with this role).
*
Excellent communication skills, confidence with older primary students, and adaptability.
