Looking to build a career in Learning & Development within a people-focused organisation? This part‑time role (20 hours per week) offers hands‑on experience supporting training programmes and development initiatives across the business.
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
* Supporting the coordination and delivery of learning and development programmes.
* Assisting in the preparation and creation of training materials.
* Working closely with internal teams, managers and external training providers.
* Supporting managers and trainers with learning queries and requirements.
* Coordinating mandatory training such as First Aid, Fire Marshal and Health & Safety courses.
* Maintaining accurate training records and updating systems.
* Managing the L&D and inductions inbox and responding to queries.
* Producing training reports, KPIs and supporting data analysis.
* Assisting with L&D projects including events, initiatives and development programmes.
* Supporting uniform distribution and related administration tasks.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive and positive approach, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. They will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working with IT systems and administrative processes. An interest in Learning & Development or HR is essential, and previous experience in an administrative, HR or training environment would be advantageous but not essential. The successful individual will be adaptable, team‑oriented and keen to develop their career within a people‑focused role.
