Were partnering with a niche and ambitious manufacturing business in Bridgwater who are looking to recruit an experienced Financial Controller who can play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision:making. The Position:
* Produce accurate monthly management accounts within agreed deadlines
* Deliver weekly and monthly financial performance reporting to senior management
* Maintain full control of P and L, balance sheet, and cashflow reporting
* Produce rolling financial forecasts and cashflow projections
* Monitor company profitability by customer, project, and production area
* Own and manage annual budgeting processes
* Monitor BOM costing accuracy and inventory valuation
What we are looking for:
* Previous experience as a Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager
* Strong manufacturing or engineering sector experience
* Advanced budgeting and forecasting experience
* Experience with ERP/MRP systems
* Strong cashflow management experience
* Knowledge of AS9100 or ISO:regulated environments
* CIMA / ACCA / ACA qualification
