Decontamination Manager
Duchy Hospital - Truro
Full Time - 30 Hours

We are recruiting for a driven and dynamic Decontamination Manager for Duchy Hospital in Truro.
The role:
As our Decontamination Manager, you will lead the delivery of the Decontamination service to Duchy Hospital in Cornwall.

What you will be doing:
* Providing ISO 13485 standard decontamination service for reusable medical devices.
* Ensuring operational performance of the decontamination service at Duchy.
* Managing within a defined budget to ensure efficient service delivery without compromising quality.
* Working as an Autonomous Practitioner across all areas.
* Demonstrating leadership to guide the team towards operational goals.
* Supporting staff wellbeing and development through effective appraisals.
What you will bring:
* Extensive management experience in decontamination.
* Recognised decontamination qualification (NVQ/TVQ/Technical Certificate).
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and lead a team.
* Attention to detail.
* Ability to implement change positively.
* Flexible approach to meet changing needs.
* Management certificate or equivalent (advantage).
