About the Role
As a Chef de Partie, you will work with a talented team of chefs to prepare a variety of foods across our buffet venues. You will collaborate with a Junior Kitchen Manager and oversee small teams of commis chefs to ensure quality and efficiency.
You will be responsible for a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the safe preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes according to recipes and brand standards, while complying with Food Safety Management System protocols.
Joining Butlin’s includes enrollment in our Award-Winning Chef Academy, providing opportunities to develop your skills in a fun and educational environment and advance your culinary career.
About You
We seek motivated individuals eager to progress within our fast-paced and exciting brand. Experience at a similar level is essential. Leadership experience and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays are also required to ensure smooth operation across our buffet venues during different guest break times.
Level 3 Food Safety qualification is desirable. We support your career growth by helping you achieve Level 2 or Level 3 Professional Cookery qualifications through our Chef Academy.
