Responsibilities
* Providing a visible and professional security presence within store
* Delivering world class customer service to customers and colleagues
* Helping prevent loss, theft and anti‑social behaviour
* Using store technology including body‑worn cameras and mobile reporting systems
* Responding calmly and professionally to incidents and emergencies
* Maintaining a safe environment by identifying and reporting hazards
* Supporting compliance with company policies and legal requirements
What We're Looking For
We're looking for individuals who are approachable, professional and passionate about customer experience.
Qualifications
* Valid SIA licence
* Previous security experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Calm and professional approach in challenging situations
* Energy, enthusiasm and a proactive mindset
Important Information
All candidates must be able to provide a 5‑year checkable work history within the UK.
