Director of Learning & Capability Building
Temporary Assignment – One Year
Location Central London, or Stevenage
Pay Rate: £800 per day via umbrella
Purpose:
Lead the development and execution of the assigned learning & capability building programs for Global Clinical Operations (GCO), focusing on improving how GCO staff learn to conduct clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess capability needs and deliver core elements of the GCO Learning & Capability Plan.
* Design and implement learning projects focused on clinical trial conduct.
* Collaborate with GCO leaders to identify gaps and standardize learning frameworks.
* Track progress using training metrics and deploy effective learning methods (workshops, micro learning, etc.).
* Foster a culture of open learning and knowledge sharing.
Expected Outcomes:
* Improved capability and confidence of GCO staff in conducting clinical trials.
* Standardized learning frameworks for clinical trials.
* Measurable progress in training metrics, compliance, and knowledge sharing.
* Enhanced efficiency and effectiveness of learning programs supporting clinical trial operations.
Qualifications:
* Experience in pharma and adult learning solutions.
* Matrix leadership and project/change management skills.
* Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, adult education, or clinical trial conduct
