Role: Firewall Engineer
Length: 2 months
IR35: Outside IR35
Location: Hybrid - Manchester
This is to support a service provider with an internal project migrating firewalls from Cisco ASA to Firepower.
Key responsibilities:
* Run through the rules and access controls
* Migrate firewalls over or update rules, or access controls to migrate
* Support the Head of Infrastructure to guide them on the necessary changes
Key experience:
* Strong CISCO Firewall knowledge - ASA and Firepower
* Previous experience migrating from ASA to Firepower
* Someone who is independent to be left to deliver the tasks
* CCNA + CCNP a plus
