Job Description
1. Creating and sending new and renewal contracts for gym, pool, and spa maintenance, as well as inductions.
2. Ensuring contracts are sent within the required timeframes.
3. Renewing contracts before their expiry date.
4. Confirming receipt of PO and/or signed contracts to enable invoicing.
5. Processing invoicing for all contracts.
6. Maintaining up-to-date contact lists to ensure contracts are sent to the correct recipients, increasing the likelihood of signed contracts.
7. Notifying maintenance/inductions teams once a contract is signed to facilitate mobilisation and scheduling.
8. Collaborating with Rolstone Langmead to follow up on new installs and contract implementations.
9. Reviewing and improving contract processes for greater efficiency.
10. Keeping all documents organized and properly filed.
11. Coordinating with the maintenance manager to receive gym maintenance schedules.
12. Scheduling gym maintenance visits with relevant sites.
