With a turnover of £1.4 billion and a workforce of around 16,000, Barts Health is the largest NHS trust in the country, and one of Britain’s leading healthcare providers. The Trust’s five hospitals – St Bartholomew’s Hospital in the City, including the Barts Heart Centre, The Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel, Newham University Hospital in Plaistow, Whipps Cross University Hospital in Leytonstone, and Mile End – deliver high-quality, compassionate care to the 2.5 million people of East London and beyond.

Recent improvements have led to a stronger focus on providing safe and compassionate care to our patients, increasing opportunities for learning, development, and career expansion. We believe that providing excellent education, training, and development for our staff is essential. We offer a wide range of benefits, including access to childcare vouchers, a home-electronics scheme with discounted prices, salary sacrifice for cars, season ticket loans, and staff discounts at local restaurants and gyms.

While we are improving, you can too — within a professionally challenging yet exciting environment. Are you interested in joining a friendly, supportive team within the Renal Department? We are seeking a Ward Administrator who is enthusiastic and well-motivated to work in this busy unit.

You will possess excellent personal, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
