I am currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join a growing business in the Preston area. This is a true generalist role ideal for an experienced HR professional who is both passionate and proactive in their approach. In this busy and varied role you will work as part of a high performing people team. Key responsibilities: In this role you will be at the heart of the employee journey, supporting Managers, advising on everything people related and supporting Managers in attracting great talent Coaching Managers in relation to disciplinaries, grievances and investigations Leading on absence and performance related issues Delivering bitesize 'lunch and learn' sessions for Managers Advising Managers on appropriate recruitment methods Writing engaging job adverts and conducting interviews ensuring an exceptional candidate experience Liaising with recruitment agencies when necessary Updating policies in line with legislative changes Supporting the broader people team with a variety of projects This is an ideal role for someone that has exposure to both HR and recruitment, is well-organised, creative and solutions focussed as well as demonstrating strong stakeholder management skills.
