The Oracle NetSuite Sales Development Representative (SDR) Role

Minimum Qualifications
* Native-level English proficiency
* BS/BA degree in Business Management, Finance, or Economics (preferred, not essential)
* Experience in sales activities such as researching, prospecting, cold-calling, and achieving quotas
* Adaptable, resilient, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment with a drive to succeed
* Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills and interpersonal abilities
Career Level: IC1
Your Responsibilities
* Analyze and understand customer needs, personas, processes, projects, and requirements to identify potential solutions.
* Perform outbound prospecting via cold-calls, emails, and social media to generate high-quality, BANT-qualified leads for Account Managers.
* Develop a working knowledge of Oracle NetSuite solutions and value propositions to discuss benefits and ROI effectively.
* Maintain a high volume of tailored, multi-channel outreach, leveraging both outbound efforts and inbound marketing leads.
* Engage confidently with and influence key personnel, including executives.
* Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with Account Managers.
* Prioritize your time and accounts to ensure success.
