We are currently looking for an Administrative assitant to join our team at Hinkley Point B.
Main Activities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team.
Generate correspondence, reports, and other essential documents.
Manage efficient filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
Input data into spreadsheets and databases accurately.
Conduct Safety, Quality, Environment, and Performance (SQEP) checks to uphold on-site safety.
Execute various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications / Experience:
Proven experience in administration within a dynamic work environment.
Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft packages.
Strong communication skills with an excellent telephone manner.
Effective organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and highly efficient.
