Main duties of the job
St Mary's Hospice is a charity, providing specialist palliative, supportive and care at the end of life for people living with advancing illness, and their families. We have two main bases: the hospice building in Ulverston and the St. Mary's Compassionate Communities Centre in Barrow in Furness. We also provide care in the home setting and provide therapy groups within the local community.

The Role Were now seeking a Medical Director to lead our team of doctors, shaping outstanding patient care and playing a central, strategic role in our award-winning hospice. With the resources, time, and support to do things properly, this is a role where you can genuinely make a lasting difference.
