We offer minimum 1-hour calls to our clients to ensure the highest quality care, and now we are looking for our next superstar Angel to join our office team to support our dedicated carers out in the field.

Duties Include:
* Writing and updating care plans
* Carrying out and completing risk assessments
* Completing staff rosters using Birdie
* Participating in the on-call rota system
* Answering and responding to phone calls
* Upholding our company ethos and values
* Liaising with health and social care professionals and families
* Providing ongoing support for our team of care support workers
Person Specification:
Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle
Experienced in care provision
Confident IT skills including Microsoft Office packages
Good problem-solving skills and logical thinker
Excellent telephone manner
