Pay: £13.10 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm

About the Role
We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to join the Sodexo team at the Phillips 66 Humber Refinery. This varied role combines reception and switchboard duties with administrative support across facilities, catering, helpdesk, and site vehicles. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and external callers, ensuring a welcoming, safe, and efficient front-of-house service.
Key Responsibilities
Meet and greet visitors and manage site security procedures
Operate the switchboard and handle enquiries, complaints, and emergency calls
Provide helpdesk support by logging, allocating, and closing jobs
Support catering and hospitality administration, including menus, signage, and food labels
Coordinate vehicle bookings for MOTs, servicing, and repairs
Maintain a professional reception environment
Provide general administrative support to teams and management
What You’ll Bring
Strong customer service experience
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Organised, methodical, and able to manage multiple tasks
