We design, build and support a wide range of systems, including the website and online shop, holiday bookings, timed ticketing and cyber resilience. We are a dynamic team working across Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with the customer experience at the heart of everything we do. Through these platforms, IT Digital helps the organisation connect with supporters, enable secure online transactions and deliver seamless digital journeys. Your contractual location will be our Head Office in Swindon. However, there is flexibility on where you are based. You will be required to work at a National Trust location for 40-60% of your working week. This will be discussed in more detail at interview.As Digital Delivery Lead, you will provide senior leadership across IT Digital, driving effective delivery across a portfolio of critical digital products and services. You will lead and line‑manage Delivery Managers, overseeing complex changes, enhancements, and operational support across the Website, Online Shop, Holidays platform, Timed Ticketing and Cyber Resilience. Working closely with senior stakeholders and operational teams, you will ensure clear, joined‑up planning, translating organisational and product strategy into practical delivery plans. You will manage suppliers, budgets and resourcing, ensuring value for money, adherence to governance and effective risk management. Championing Agile ways of working, you will apply the right delivery approach for each initiative while supporting operational change, incident management and ongoing service resilience.
