Your Mission at Elis What You’ll Be Doing Generating new business within the hospitality sector across an assigned North East territory. Selling bed linen, table linen and spa ranges to independent hotels, small groups, and hospitality operators. Delivering high-impact client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations. Building strong relationships with General Managers, Housekeeping Managers, and Buying teams. Managing your own diary and CRM pipeline to maximise sales activity. Working closely with internal stakeholders to convert opportunities and secure long-term contracts. Consistently achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. What will make you stand out? What We’re Looking For Proven B2B sales experience (hospitality experience ideal but not essential). Strong negotiation and influencing skills, able to win business independently. Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills. Highly self-motivated, organised, and target-driven. Able to analyse performance metrics and shape local sales strategy. Full UK driving licence (company car provided).
