Job title: Manufacturing Design Engineer

Job Summary:
We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to oversee and optimise production processes from design to delivery and assist the general manager where needed. You'll work closely with global and regional teams, ensure quality and safety, and support continuous improvement across all stages of manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
1. Review and coordinate customer design and technical documentation
2. Design, validate, and optimise production processes
3. Prepare accurate calculations, work documentation, and risk assessments
4. Write and maintain assembly, test procedures, and work instructions
5. Support production with tooling, process monitoring, and improvements
6. Analyse data to improve workflow, quality, and repeatability
