Overview
At HIVED, we’re a climate and logistics start-up building the first sustainable parcel delivery network at scale, powered by a 100% electric fleet. Based in London, we are one of Europe’s fastest growing startups, trusted by leading international brands and backed by top investors. We’re passionate about driving innovation and redefining the future of delivery.
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive, organised and highly dependable Executive Assistant (EA) to support our CoFounders (CEO & CPO) both professionally and personally. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with two visionary founders at the helm of one of Europe’s fastest-growing tech startups. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love juggling multiple priorities and take pride in enabling others to do their best work, this role is for you.
No two days will be the same – from managing and protecting their business schedules, to coordinating international travel, you’ll work with a wide variety of stakeholders from team members to investors and brands. You’ll gain insight into building and scaling a high-growth startup while ensuring the CoFounders execute efficiently as we scale.
