About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and proactiveMaintenance Engineerto join our state-of-the-artautomated cold storage facility. You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance at heights of up to120ftand in temperatures as low as-23C. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer experienced inFMCG, automation, or warehouse engineeringto join a cutting-edge operation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain and operate critical automated systems including conveyors, cranes, cooling systems, and oxygen reduction systems.
2. Deliverplanned preventative maintenance (PPM)and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime.
3. Work to operational KPIs and supportcontinuous improvementinitiatives.
4. Adhere to safety guidelines and maintenance plans to ensure full compliance.
5. Liaise with suppliers, manage warranty work, and coordinate service visits.
6. Support warehouse operations to maintain efficient logistics and equipment performance.
7. Manage engineering stock, spare parts, and inventory control.
