We're looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team.
In this hybrid role you will be supporting the team and specifically the Project Managers with monitoring and controlling workload, ensuring that all projects and retainers are delivered and billed on time, within scope and within budget.
Core responsibilities include:
* Using our agency software to help to ensure workload is clear and understood and all project and task deadlines are met
* Managing incoming support requests by obtaining estimates and chasing them through to completion
* Managing operational processes across the business, especially timesheet and task management processes
* Supporting the Project Managers with the coordination of client meetings and workshops
* Contributing to a positive client experience through the successful delivery of client work
* Regular reporting and desk-based research as required to support the business
You will be an excellent communicator and strong team player, able to build strong relationships, both internally and with clients. Ideally you will also be comfortable managing upwards.
It might also help to be zen-minded and calm in chaos That's not to say that we are chaotic, but the PM team needs to work well under pressure.
You will have a strong eye for detail and be an obsessive planner, always looking to develop plans into specific actionable task lists.
Salary range: £24 - £28k pa
