We are looking for new 1st Line Support Engineer to take on an office-based role within a busy factory in the Rugby area. This is a role where you provide 1st line support to users with the company. This will involve using a ticketing system such as Zendesk or ServiceNow, troubleshooting printer or any connectivity issues, helping set up hardware, monitors systems and speaking to users either on the phone or in person. It's a nice role for someone who has some IT work experience (ideally within. 1st line support), their CompTIA A and some understanding of active directory. Due to the nature of the role, you need to be fluent in written / spoken English, easy to get along with and have fully right to work in the UK without any restrictions.
