Whether you’re an experienced cover supervisor or someone looking to gain teaching experience, we want to hear from you!
What will you be doing?
* Supervising classes: You lead the class when the teacher is away, following pre-prepared lesson plans and keeping things running smoothly.
* Supporting students: Provide guidance to help them work through tasks, adjusting your approach to meet their unique needs.
* Boosting progress: Help students make strides in literacy and numeracy, and make sure their learning is always moving forward.
* Team player: Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to keep track of student progress and make sure everyone is reaching their potential.
What will you need to succeed?
