Responsibilities
* Provide day to day administrative support.
* Identifying, reporting, and chasing outstanding project paperwork including invoices.
* Keep track of budgets and project expenditures.
* Maintain compliance regulations including document formatting and control.
* Attend meetings and minute those meetings.
* Create client documents and maintain these.
* Maintain job folders and offer support in corrections.
* Processing permits.
* Managing project cost recovery General.
Requirements
* Experience within data centre project administration is desirable
* 3+ years administration experience
* Previous history with working on Operation and Maintenance Manuals
* Understanding of CDM requirements at a contractor Level
* Excellent Organisational & able to self-manage time when engaging with a team of Project Managers
* Proficiency in all Microsoft programming
* Full understanding of BIM
* Demonstrate excellent communication and the ability to work under pressure
* Demonstrate good time management, organisation skills and multi-tasking
* Team player
