Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented legal secretary/paralegal support to join their busy Residential Conveyancing team in their Knowle office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for property law and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting fee earners with residential property transactions from instruction to completion
* Drafting legal documents, preparing contracts, and managing correspondence
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders
* Conducting searches and reviewing title documentation
* Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements:
* Previous experience in residential conveyancing (minimum 6–12 months preferred)
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload
* Familiarity with case management systems and Land Registry processes
