About the role
As part of our Business Support and Transformation Team, this role will be responsible for developing new revenue-generating propositions, driving commercial performance, and leading the growth agenda. Reporting directly to the Head of Transformation, this role involves delivering on our growth ambitions, designing new propositions, identifying new ways of working, and embedding strategically critical business-initiated improvements. This includes driving Zellis' commercial performance, leading change initiatives, and being accountable for maximising revenue and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
Overall
* Lead strategic change programmes, creating new service propositions, and monitoring and driving commercial returns.
Analyze insights
* Review customer and financial data to understand customer behaviour and market trends.
* Advocate for customer needs to ensure propositions meet expectations.
* Stay informed about market developments and competitor activity.
Implementation
* Develop and implement new customer propositions, building on leadership in Benefits, HR, and Payroll.
* Create business cases for major changes, considering revenue, costs, resources, risks, and timelines.
* Design and implement new initiatives, including customer blueprints and experience journeys.
* Coordinate organization efforts from concept to market launch.
Team working
* Collaborate with departments like finance, marketing, partnerships, customer solutions, and operations to ensure cohesive strategies.
Drive ongoing performance
* Implement mechanisms for long-term adoption and optimization of propositions.
* Prioritize initiatives to focus on high-impact areas and maintain an improvement backlog.
* Manage and oversee commercial performance.
Skills & experience
Essential skills, knowledge, and expertise include:
* 5+ years of experience in commercial, marketing, or business transformation roles.
* Experience developing customer experience blueprints and processes.
* Experience creating go-to-market propositions.
* Proven ability to manage commercial performance and deliver measurable improvements.
* Strong partnership and influence skills across teams.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate changes and manage stakeholders.
* Structured, analytical mindset, using data for decision-making.
* Creative thinking and big-picture perspective.
* Curiosity about best practices and their application.
* Ability to ensure change is embedded and measured.
