Purpose of the Role: Maintain supplier relations and fulfill customer bookings

What You'll Do:
* Own and nurture key supplier partnerships across the globe
* Keep our website content fresh, accurate, and engaging
* Ensure ticket pricing and event details are on point for all events
* Be the go-to expert for key motorsport events within the company
* Manage the full customer booking lifecycle from start to finish
* Oversee ticket fulfilment and ensure seamless delivery
* Handle purchase orders, invoicing, and financial admin with precision
* Work collaboratively across all departments to drive event sales and support exciting new product launches
What You'll Bring:
Must-haves:
* Hands-on experience in the ticketing industry
* A background in working within an international environment
* Confidence using CRM systems at a high level
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel & Outlook in particular)
* A proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively
* Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills with a calm, positive approach
* Superb organisation and time management—thriving under deadlines
* Experience handling financial processes
* Minimum education: A-Level or equivalent
Nice-to-haves:
* Fluency in a second European language
