The Governing Body are seeking to appoint a committed, dynamic, reliable and enthusiastic teaching assistant to work as part of a dedicated team in our Autistic Resource Base.
The Special Resource Base is a local authority provision and provides for pupils with social communication and interaction difficulties or ASD.
The successful candidate will have experience of working with children with social communication and interaction needs/on the autistic spectrum. They will have good interpersonal and communication skills. They will also have a genuine commitment to the education and development of all pupils in our school community. The ability to work in a team and have a sense of humour is essential.
Under the Education (Wales) Act 2014, all School Learning Support Workers must be registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC).
