Teaching Personnel are recruiting Aspiring Teaching Assistants to work in primary schools in the local area.
This role is open to anyone interested in working with children and looking to gain experience in a school setting. No previous experience is required — just a willingness to get involved and give it a go.
About the Role
Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
Work alongside teachers and experienced support staff
Provide 1:1 or small group support when required
Help pupils stay engaged, focused and supported
Support pupils with additional learning needs where needed
Contribute to a positive and structured classroom environment
Who Can Apply
No experience required — training and support provided
School leavers, graduates, career changers or parents returning to work
Individuals from retail, care, hospitality, coaching or youth work
Calm, patient and reliable people
A positive “get up and go” attitude
Willingness to learn and take on feedback

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
