Currently working with a smaller group with 3 sites in London, this thriving hospitality company is on the lookout for an exceptional General Manager. They seek a true unicorn talent to join their team, someone who will grow alongside the business and help elevate their already successful sites. This role is progressing from General Manager to Senior General Manager over the next 18 months, focusing on ownership, growth, and innovation.
The venues are all about creating fantastic drinks and serving them in a fun, welcoming environment with events, music, food, and drinks—an energetic, creative business.
The ideal General Manager will have:
* Previous wet-led Bar/Venue Management experience
* Current experience as General Manager in a high-volume environment (minimum 3 years)
* P&L knowledge and awareness
* Strong cocktail knowledge and passion
* Financial understanding
* A fun, hands-on, confident personality; this is not a role for wallflowers
* Ability to ensure team members have fun while working
* Personal Licence holder
