About the opportunity:
We are working as the internal recruitment partner for our client, a biotechnology company focusing on advancing next-generation targeted radiopharmaceutical therapies for cancer treatment.
We are now looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Trial Associate to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a cutting-edge company whose mission is to develop radiopharmaceutical therapies that will result in improved patient outcomes.
As a Clinical Trial Associate, you will play a pivotal support role in the execution of BET’s global clinical trials. Working closely with the Clinical Trial Managers and study team, you will coordinate logistical and administrative tasks that are essential for trial operations.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain sponsor trial files
* Oversee vendor Trial Master File (TMF) documentation
* Organise internal meetings and external calls with vendors and key opinion leaders, including minute-taking
* Support presentation and materials preparation
* Track study contracts, invoices, and budgets
* Assist the Clinical Trial Manager in monitoring metrics and overseeing vendors
* Contribute to departmental projects and continuous process improvement initiatives
Requirements
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
* A degree in life sciences, nursing, pharmacy, or a related field, or substantial experience in a similar role
* Relevant experience in clinical research (pharma, biotech, CRO, or clinical practice as a study coordinator)
* Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Familiar with ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical trial processes
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* A team player with a flexible and proactive mindset
* Live within a commutable distance to the offices in Oxford.
* Must have unrestricted rights to work in the UK.
