About the Role
We are working with a fast-growing professional services business operating in a complex, high-trust commercial environment.
As the business scales, the Commercial Director is increasingly focused on growth, clients, and delivery. This role exists to act as a force multiplier by removing day-to-day operational friction and ensuring priorities are executed efficiently and consistently.
This is a high-trust Executive Assistant role working closely with senior leadership. It goes beyond traditional diary management and plays a key role in coordination, follow-through, and operational execution.
The role is similar in nature to a Founder's Associate style position, with a strong emphasis on organisation, communication, and getting things done.
What You'll Be Doing
Executive Support & Coordination
Manage and maintain the Commercial Director's diary, priorities, and scheduling
Attend key meetings, capturing actions, decisions, and follow-ups
Track priorities and ensure consistent follow-through across stakeholders
Act as a central coordination point across the business
Recruitment & Hiring Support
Coordinate candidates, interviews, and scheduling
Draft and refine job descriptions and role briefs
Track hiring activity and maintain candidate pipelines
Communication & Follow-Through
Manage and triage email and communication flow
Ensure actions from meetings are progressed and completed
Maintain clarity across multiple workstreams
Operational Support
Support documentation, transcription, and summarisation of calls
Help improve internal organisation and simple processes
Bring structure and consistency to day-to-day operations
